How to Register

Tots' Cooperative accepts new children all year round as long as there is an opening. There are a few spaces left for the 2026-2027 school year! Please contact us to see if spots are available, and see below how to register your child.

Schedule A Visit

Submit Registration Form and $100 Fee

*Please Note- we now are now taking applications for the 2026-2027 school year. Priority will be based on the date the application is sent.

2026-2027 Parent Registration Packet

(click link and print/fill out at home to return to Tots')

Complete a Registration Form and submit to School along with a

$100 Registration/Activity Fee.

If a space is available, then it is given on a first come first serve basis.

Returning families are given priority.
